Why I Love Consignment & How to Consign The Right Way

Consignment shopping is a passion of mine. It’s like a treasure hunt in the fashion world. No, it’s not like thrift or bargain basement shopping. If you like that, great! But consignment is a different world. You can find top, luxury brands and trends that are priced way below regular price, half price, or even up to 75% off! You don’t need to break the bank to look fabulous!

You can find all your favorite brands in one consignment shop without having to go to the mall and shop different stores. Another perk about consignment shopping is you may find unusual items that may have come from a different part of the country or even across the ocean! I was in Washington DC last year and walked for about an hour on a warm Spring day and found a terrific consignment boutique. There I found an oversized multi-colored leather satchel from Africa. It now graces a wall in my home as the perfect piece of artwork! Another example, I found an antique wedding dress for a bride-to-be as a last minute purchase for her to wear as she eloped to a romantic island with her betrothed! Consignment is an adventure in shopping!

How It Works

After a thorough Closet Edit (see menu of services on my website), you can decide to consign with me. I will take current season items from your closet and help you make a profit. Items will remain with me for 60 days. If they do not sell, I will return your clothing to you, or you have the option to donate. 

I price items at 1/3 of the retail cost.  If you are a client selling with me, you will receive 40% of the selling price, which will be paid by the 30th of the following month. Yep 40%! There's no better way.
